"The part can never be well unless the whole is well" - Plato

At FIT Physical Therapy, we promote wellness with every single patient we treat. While your immediate goal may be pain relief or recovery of function, every patient's long-term goal should be to participate in a wellness program that is tailored to your needs.

Whether your wellness goals include weight loss, improving bone density, increasing strength, bettering your balance or just feeling more energized, FIT PT can help you establish a plan to succeed. Because of our commitment, FIT physical therapy offers a wellness program to all eligible individuals.

Recently, we have established a Walk With Ease™ exercise program designed by the Arthritis Foundation. To learn more about the program, contact our office and click here
