Roberta Friskney, Billing
Roberta is a Durham native and graduated in 2007 from Alamance Community College with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. Prior to joining our staff, she worked for The Carolina Inn for 5+ years as Assistant Pastry Chef. Needing a change of pace, she was very interested in healthcare and started at FIT in 2012. Roberta is our billing specialist and works part time at FIT.
In her spare time Berta enjoys farming, refurbishing furniture, working out and spending time with her husband, children, dogs and cats!
