Winter is a PT Wellness Assistants at FIT PT who joined our staff in August of 2022. Winter is a Junior at UNC- Chapel Hill majoring in Exercise Sports Science. Winter plans to go to PT school after graduation. She is a NC native, born in Salisbury but raised in Statesville. Growing up she was on her High School swim, cross country and track team.

Winter worked at Disney World in the Disney College Program in the summer of 2021 and her favorite Disney princess is Belle. Winter can finish any Disney song- try her! In her spare time, she works at a Home Healthcare Aid, swims on the UNC Club Swim Team, spending time with her 2 guinea pigs named Piggle and Chicken Nugget and a Lab-Pit mix named Louie, reading and drinking chai lattes.
